Join Natalie Brown for a soothing, one-hour group sound meditation at Horizons Sounds.

Settle in as Natalie creates an immersive landscape of sound and vibration, offering space to slow down, quiet the noise of the day and simply receive. No prior meditation or sound bath experience is needed.

Bring anything that will help you get comfortable, including a blanket, pillow, yoga mat or eye covering. Chairs will also be available for anyone who prefers to sit.

You're invited to arrive early and stay afterward to enjoy light refreshments, browse Horizons Sounds and experience the instruments throughout the shop.
